Joining is simple. No Contracts!

Classes

PILATES

Private and semi-private classes available, including reformer, cadillac and chair.

One-hour private session - $75 (5 for $350, 10 for $650)

Half-hour private session - $45 (5 for $200)

One-hour semi-private session - $90

Sherma Pinkert is certified by Core Dynamics, a highly accredited training program with 750 hours of study required for certification. Each instructor has completed the program and is certified to teach Pilates on all pieces of equipment. Core Dynamics is recognized through The Pilates Method Alliance.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

A combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

A good circuit training course works the different sections in the body individually.
